Unwanted Goods

• Any goods purchased that are not required may incur a handling charge of 15% plus our original delivery costs, if the goods were supplied on a 'Free Delivery' basis..
• The cost of returning the goods to KKC will be the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the returned goods,  a refund will be issued to the customer, in the form of cash or replacement items.

Lost Damaged Goods

• If any goods are lost or damaged during KKC couriered or Royal Mail recorded delivery, liability will be taken by KKC for replacement of the items. We must be notified immediately if the goods have been delivered in a damaged state. The customer must not sign for the package before checking its condition.
• If goods have been collected by the customers courier, or by unregistered postage, KKC will not accept any liability for any loss or damages.
• KKC cannot accept any liability for any lost or damaged goods sent by unrecorded mail

Delivery Charges

• Next day delivery is free to all UK mainland addresses on orders of £50.00 and over, excluding VAT.
• Next day delivery is free to Ireland and mainland Europe on orders of £100.00 and over, excluding VAT (Germany, Austria, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Norway, Switzerland).
• All other delivery destinations will incur calculated delivery charges based on parcel size/destination. This will not be charged until agreement has been sought from the customer.
• Orders under £50.00 will be sent by ordinary post unless specified otherwise by the customer. KKC cannot accept any liability for any lost or damaged goods sent by unrecorded mail.

Disclaimer

• KKC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused either directly or indirectly by the use of any goods supplied, or by any act or omission in connection therewith.
• There is no guarantee as to the suitability of goods sold for any specific purpose. The purchaser shall be responsible for determining the suitability of goods for any application.
• All products sold by KKC are photographed where possible, and described within this website; the obligation remains with the consumer to decide their suitability.
• In any dispute that may arise, the liability of KKC is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

 Payment Terms

• Goods will not be despatched without prior payment. However, we do NOT take any payment at the time of order unless the item is in stock.
• All prices on the this web site are exclusive of vat @ 17.5%. This is added at the 'checkout'. Vat is chargeable on all orders to the UK and EC States with the exception of zero-rated items or where orders are accompanied by proof of an EC VAT number.
• All payment is taken over a secure card processing E-PDQ setup. Card transactions taken through our website are protected against fraud.

Warranty Terms

• Any goods will be warranted as per their manufacturers’ terms & conditions. In the case of no Terms & Conditions benig provided by the manufacturer, then no warranty will be given unless the goods were faulty upon delivery to the customer.
• KKC must be notified if faulty goods have been delivered BEFORE the item is used.
