If your Tag Heuer transponder has stopped working it is often resolved by putting on charge for 36 hours, without interuption. When the units charge is interupted it goes into a battery saving mode.

For any issues relating to the transponder, please try this first. Should it fail, please contact Sports Timing Solutions directly for warranty repairs. If purchased from KKC, we can assist where ever needed but for the quickest repair we recommend going directly with the following details.

Yes, our stock control is very tight and if it says it's in stock, it should be. In the very unlikely event our stock is incorrect, we aim to contact you within one working hour with a lead time or alternatives. If you are looking to pick up in store, please contact us before coming to collect as it could be at a different warehouse.
