If your Tag Heuer / LS transponder has stopped working it is often resolved by putting on charge for 36 hours, without interruption. When the units charge is interrupted it goes into a battery saving mode.

For any issues relating to the transponder, please contact us stating your transponder number and invoice so we can best assist.
